Energy Efficiency Arkansas (EEA) is a partnership between the Arkansas Economic Development Commission's Energy Office and Arkansas's investor-owned electric and gas utilities and electric cooperatives through a ratepayer funded program approved by the Arkansas Public Service Commission. Our goal is to provide Arkansans with unbiased information about cost effective energy efficiency and conservation opportunities available to the state's utility customers.
